Alpin Panorama Hotel Hubertus
See, they have made a mistake here. We were fooled to believe 5-star means a plush bed, a list of in-room amenities, and a basic spa. Alpin Panorama Hotel Hubertus received a 4-star rating, and that keeps us hanging in disbelief more than their suspended pool. The alpine building is an architectural feat with giant wooden beams decorating the facade and making their way inside to complement the gorgeous natural parquettes. But it’s not what you will first notice. Your yearning eyes will have gazed upon the unreal suspended pool reaching out towards the mountains. It’s so epic that a picture of it on Instagram causes a bigger avalanche than any in the history of the Dolomites.
The spa is as extensive as you would imagine. Six heated indoor and outdoor pools, seven saunas, and various relaxation oases. Stepping outside this spectacular building, the best slopes of South Tyrol are waiting for you for some joyful skiing with panorama on the imposing Dolomite peaks. The Fanes Sennes Prags Nature Park is in close vicinity for lovers of azure lakes, pine trees, and pristine wild surroundings.
New highlight from May: Heaven & Hell Sky Spa
The wind of change is blowing at our hotel: We’ll soon be opening our Sky Spa with the evocative name Heaven & Hell, an architectural masterwork that literally turns wellness upside down. You can look forward to heavenly hours of relaxation across two levels in three new whirlpools – the lie-down, seated, and nude whirlpools – as well as hellishly good sweat sessions in the two new saunas. When it’s time for cool refreshment, the ice room awaits. A walkway takes you from the new spa area to the relaxation room, which opens up new perspectives thanks to its large floor-to-ceiling windows.
